may i make a point about interviewing. a good interview has very little to do with asking and answering questions. when we meet someone, we make eye contact and either click, or we don't click. if we interview someone for entertainment purposes, please remember how Michael Parkinson was, in using charm and a laid back style to get the most out of his guests. human emotion dictates the response. if you are interviewing for politics, the interviewer uses intense pressure to force a response and his, or hers ultimate goal is to get an answer to a question, that the interviewee initially does not want to give. personality has everything to do with human interaction. if a robot interviews a human, there is no connection. without eye contact, how to you get a good interview?
