It's not AI, not even close. It's LLM. Probability based system witch will produce different answers for same question. I personally call it Google++. AI designation is only marketing BS. It is very useful but only like compiler of high level language is. When you know what you want and what are you doing it will speed up your work. And is anybody really surprised that management found another silver bullet for expenses which didn't work ?
