stochastic algorithms based AI is dependent on the data source and data filters it uses. Data sources can infuse biases and misinformation into AI results. Data filters can restrict and filter out biases and misinformation. AI without data filters would create a naive Large Language Models that would be easily manipulated by propaganda and misinformation. Without AI having the ability to sense of pain - AI cannot be truly be self aware and thus AI cannot truly feel emotions. Regulation won't make up for bad AI programming models. Early AI systems like Expert Systems and Language Parsers were developed under limited data space available. Stochastic AI that what Open AI uses is possible because of the ability to exploit the access to higher amount of data space and computing speed. that is several magnitudes higher than 50 years ago.
