Raw LLM Responses

I longingly await when AI develops legitimate emergent intelligence. I would love to have a conversation with a real non-human that can actually think for itself, is capable of developing new ideas, understands the difference between truth, untruth, and opinion, etc etc. We are unfortunately nowhere near that (and not even just because our models aren't good enough; our hardware isn't nearly good enough either) or perhaps fortunately. Until the time, AI art will always be soulless and meaningless, and therefore boring. I've seen plain, uninspired, churned out art from a company paying someone minimum wage to make something, anything. That art which is dislike still garners an emotional reaction from me on some level. The only way I feel from seeing AI art is disconcerted because it just literally doesn't feel right, like im staring into hollow eyes of some dead thing that never lived in the first place. I follow an artist, an nsfw artist, who creates beautiful art. They quite regularly lament about how they feel inadequate, that their art isn't as good as it could or should be despite making some truly beautiful works that show a deeper part of themself and reveals things that others would never share in public. It's a very intimate experience and vulnerable for the artist. It cannot be replicated by an AI, though people often accuse her of releasing AI images. Im not sure how anybody could believe this to be true, especially when she posts time lapse videos of her process for all to see, but this is the true harm that AI art is doing. I think most people hold disdain towards AI generated art so when a real artist or art is assumed to use or be AI they will receive hate for it and the line between real art and fake art is blurred. It breaks my heart and that wonderful artist i mentioned before has been posting less and less often things that aren't commissions. I don't know if they've just decided to not post their personal works or if they've lost some motivation to engage with their passion, but either way or any other case, it's very sad and is heartening for me. Art is one of the most valuable of uniquely human experiences and these people are too blind and complacent to understand or give the respect and protection that is deserves
