Competent people who care about self development and are constantly learning are way more valuable to any employer than "AI".
If you are one of those people, you will never have to fear any kind of "downsizing" or "restructuring" because you will always have a job.
I for example am never at a loss for work, why ? because my skillset is rare and not easy to achieve, also helps that I constantly supervise AI tools, because believe it or not, there is no AI without human supervision and final say. AI is not capable of delivering "production" grade anything, much less programming code start to finish without "hiccups" to be generous.
Most people have a very limited understanding of what "AI" actually is and how it really works....
