Even the ones that DID exist are forgotten within fifty years if tehy are lucky, almost no one knows his great great grandfather or grandmother, they know more some historical characters than the ancestors of their own families.   So the governed in these circumstances, where people have value ONLY in economic terms, will offer VOLUNTARY euthanasia to those willing, that will alleviate some of the pressure, but ECONOMICALLY unproductive humans are still taking more than they contribute, so then maybe a bit of a psychological push on those left over men to do their part for the sake of the younger people and off themselves or accept euthanasia, etc etc. We always knew in principle that infinite growth in capitalism was an unattractive and unattainable goal, with horrific results, but it was always the next generation problem.
