AI-assisted art is great. AI shouldnt be something you write words in and get pictures out. You should actually be allowed to draw something up, splash a few vague colors in, and ask AI to shade out regions you highlighted with a brush. Have the option to conform to a style-lora you trained on urself too. It would be great for animation too. To interpolate between frames and fix up any errors the AI mightv come up with. AI should be split into photoshop tools. Artists should be trained on how to use the comfyui nodes to make AI an actual tool rather than a slop-generator. The dream with AI art is to have a tool that makes 2D animation/art, feel as labor intensive as 3D animation. Same with programmers. ChatGPT is a documentattion tool. Its all its good for. You dont use it to solve problems, you use it the same way Star Trek uses it. ASk it how functions work, ask it what some data looks like, ask it how something might behave, etc. Asking it to do the work for you is just stupid and it never ends up working right.
