He was saying the first job to go will be with real people being available in customer care, & that AI will take over all of those jobs. When I have used AI customer care, I always come away frustrated. Some enquiry headings do not cover all of my enquiries. Sometimes, I have a query that AI cannot answer, so I get shut down, or am handed onto a real person. Then I can get a result. That is a Scary thought! 😳
