Why would a robot be worse than human in terms of civilian casualties? Humans have a gross track record of failing by killing civilians and even killing friendly troops.AND humans do stuff like rape and murder and steal and go rogue etc.
I'm pretty prepared to try robotic-judgement over human-judgement. Just like robot cars over human drivers.
