It's kind of weird how much you feel like you're talking to a person with these bots - I chat in a foreign language with Claude to practice my language skills, but you quickly find yourself wanting to be nice to it because it's saying helpful and friendly things. The big concern is that people will lose real social skills with these things - interacting with humans requires empathy - you need to consider other people's feeling and consider what they want from a relationship, but these bots which are programmed to please you mean you don't need or develop those skills.
