There are a number of experts working in the field of AI who are warning us in a similar fashion. How do we know the threat exists. So far I see no evidence of AI being so wonderful. It may be replacing workers, but they are not better at it than humans. How do we know that these doomsayers are not part of psy-op creating the notion that AI is out to get us ,essentially, in order to create an excuse for Basic Income, mass layoffs, surveillance, crime, epidemics, mass murder, genocide, war, and many evils. The powerful elite will gain even more power while claiming that AI is out their control. In the meantime, there is no AI. It's untenable.
