No matter what your opinion of AI is, you should think long and hard about the next generation of AI… I don’t mean the “ending the world“ type stuff… I just mean once the AI companies realize that you can’t make money off of a search engine and that just gives you the answer.
Think about that for a minute. How will people advertise? Will they put banner ads in between your prompts or are they more likely going to just give you an answer that makes you buy a product instead of teaching you? They are going to get you hooked, just like Facebook and Instagram, and YouTube and then they are going to bait and switch you.
