the fact that theyre trying to say that using your hand to draw each line, except the pen is touching a screen instead of paper, is the same as typing a prompt and having literally all the work done for u in only as much time as it takes the ai to generate the image, is such a strawman argument.
it feels like their mind equates ai with computers and digital production, so they decide that its hypocritical for a digital artist to bash ai art since they both use a computer? huh? even though the simple act of using a computer isnt the problematic aspect of ai "art" its every other part of the "process" that we have an issue with :/ the argument theyre trying to prove is against a made up person in their heads cos no real person is saying that
