Computer AI machines aren't tasked with providing their own housing, clothing, and sustenance, which enables them to devote all connections to learning. Until an AI computer feels an urge equivalent to a biological need related to survival, it will not genuinely empathize with human intelligence. It may think it does through analogies, and it may persuade people that it does, however.
Communism is an endgame ideology which may circumvent the type of international cooperation required. It would be ideal for a Communist government to hand over to AI or to pretend to - "The government's AI has made this decision for the good of The People. Ignorance is Knowledge."
