It's kinda between a rock and a hard place here, people do use other artists' works as inspirations. If you were to say that nobody could ever take inspiration from copyrighted works then all artists would get stifled. But if you were to say that only AI can't take inspiration from copyrighted works then it's a discrimination. Just because AI is really good at mimicking the art style, like really good artists can, doesn't mean you can ban them right?
