The last few minutes of the video are quite good. But i disagree with some of it. In short i don't think the issue is AI, the issue is capitalism and the monetary system. My farfetched hope is that people, first of all, recognize this, and second, do decide to take action and "rebel" against the system. I see a possible future where humans coexist with machines in harmony (in Solar punk style), where people are "self-sufficient" with the help of AI and machines, and more and more people move away from cities and live on their own, in the middle of nowhere (if that is what they wish to do), without a need for money, just survive with the help of advanced science and technology and futuristic agriculture which isn't harmful for the environment, again, solar punk. Working and being useful to society is intrinsic, and people will still have the chance to work, help others, help a community, do art, talk philosophy, etc, but without a need to get paid in return. People's needs will be covered and people just work because it feels good to help others. Ultimately, i see AI and robotics as the "savour" of society from Capitalism and the monetary system and pushing aociety and planet earth to self-actualization and self-transcendence.
