Go, Aurora! This really takes me back. I was an AT&T driver in the '80s, and man, we made some good money back then. But I saw this whole self-driving thing on the horizon and decided to go back to school for computer programming. Seriously, best move I ever made.
And yeah, the disrespect for drivers is nothing new. Our company mechanics at AT&T used to call us 'steering wheel holders.' Tells you everything, right? Trust me, learn to program, you'll make way more money.
And to that dude asking why they want to automate everything? Seriously, dude? This is a capitalist country, that's why! What else do you expect?
