Whenever anyone starts talking about consciousness, I get frustrated that no one ever brings up neurotransmitters and how they make us FEEL things. Sad, happy, depressed, etc. it's such a large part of how we, and other animals, feel "subjective experiences". It rules just about everything we do. How is anyone going to figure out how to inject THAT into AI?
