I'm a bit late to this party. But holy sh*t, you just said exactly what goes through my, and I guess many other artists' mind regarding Ai generation. This just doesn't stop at art, or music or any other creative field does it? We're gonna fundamentally change as a society if we give into the mindset that Ai art has the same value as Actual Art. Because then, why would anyone need to do anything, why would anyone be anything. That is honestly scarier than any utopian horror I've read.
If any artist brings this up, they're mostly shrugged off as overthinking, blowing it out of proportion and being a naysayer just for the sake of it. So it's honestly good to see people actually viewing this from a long term viewpoint
