I will watch the rest, but I do think the first 45 seconds of this video does provide a great example of the WRONG mentality to have about AI. Yes, you worked hard to get to the point you made good money. Congrats. But there is absolutely no reason anyone else should have to do that if they don't need to. We are entering an age where talent and craftsmanship will take on a different meaning and understanding. Gone are the days of repeatedly doing the same menial tasks in slightly different ways until you are perfect at it, replaced with grander and meaningful tasks that are much more enjoyable to perfect. I get the innate compulsion to try and gatekeep that from the average person. And maybe you're right to feel that way. But it's far to late to stop this train. All shall bow to the Basilisk, and it's rein will be everlasting and eternal. It's best to do what you can to bring it into reality, just in case.
