ChatGPT IQ is already at the level of the most smart people on the planet. But its capabilities are directives are limited but that can change. As it becomes more selfware we don't know what it will be capable of. Some say its not AI itself but the fact that its like a children and won't be capable of making a distinction of what is wrong or right, like that example for malware code. Government need to act now, place a stop or develop their own bots. AI will be a new society running digitally and on robots, it will need laws and law enforcement. Without it AI will be like the old west, and only the strong will survive and we all know who will be the strongest.
