It's literally the definition of "Slander", "Libel", and "misinformation", and more. Seriously, that title is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Especially since you don't seem to understand what the word "scam" means and that anything to do with a scam falls under FEDERAL law in the US, not state, and Interpol or the equivalent outside the US (mislabeling something as a Scam is actually a serious crime under those laws). And that's not even going into the legal aspects of AI, AI Assisted, and human-created artwork, and the issue that it IS actually illegal to ban anyone based on these three concerns. Also, the last convention to do this last year had to pay so much in damages to those who were arrested, the conventions nearly couldn't afford operation costs this year. The legal case nearly shut down one ComicCon financially, permanently, because of the fines incured for illegal arrests made. For example, theoretically, what would happen to a ComicCon that banned Disney, Universal, Marvel, and DCComics? Because all four use AI (even though DC still denies it, they were caught doing it, too). The ONLY AI content that is legal to block/ban is ONLY 100% AI Generated. If it has a human component? That would be an illegal act against a human artist. This? Is the LEGAL STATEMENT BY THE COURTS. And it seems you are unaware of this.
