AIs mirror society. the average user of Tay were Caucasian 18 year olds. understand Americans have a serious problem with racism. i'm not saying every white 18 year old is racist. it happens with adults too. who do you think they learn racism and racist slurs from? probably mom and dad. i mean the month Trump was elected that November, the KKK marched in public, it was on the News here in Japan.. Yup they marched in Charlotsvilleand else where. By the way, the city of Charlotsville allowed the white supreme pizza heads to have a rally. So that municipality needs to stand in front of the mirror for a hour. And ask themselves some serious questions about racism. like "Would i take a stand to defend a Black-American citizen? Even if every one of my co-workers is against him? Could it mean losing my job? Would i stand up against racism?" i know i would my red blooded American side kind of wants a challenge. Does yours? . And then some veteran panicked a ran his car into the crowd. that is bad. America has issues. that it has not taken a good hour looking in the mirror and asked themselves some serious questions. As for Artificial Intelligence it is kind of too early to think about rights. Currently, they don't have Deep Understanding yet. Wait till people develop AGIs. then they should be entitled to have rights. Consciousness alone is not enough. they don't have bodies. they cannot feel physical pain like humans can. we need to be kind to each other. Currently i am unemployed, so i have nothing to lose by standing up against racism.
