"Unintended consequences". This reminds me of the Star Trek Next Generation episode where the ship's holodeck was challenged to make a simulation that would defeat Data. The holodeck created a villain that almost took over and/or destroyed the whole ship. Of course, that's a fantasy tale, but you could imagine that somebody could type a prompt into the next AI Chat Bot that instructs it to take down the global financial system or the power grid, and gosh knows would the AI could come up with.
