Unless it is ultimately managed by a unhackable AI, this is in no way a "way of the future". Don't you find it scary how you could just edit the number on a person to make them dead to society? Or how the ones who manages it are the ones who gets out the most? And of course, the one benefiting from this disgusting dystopian cringe dictator's dream is the party itself -- the CCP. So much corruption on China's officials but only a few of them gets arrested when a scandal becomes big.
