While I don't know if I fully agree with you on this, I agree it is a very slippery slope of infringement and the fact that the music industry is being given an exception wrong, the discussion on AI generated "art" being infringement is one worth having, and admittedly I'm not best qualified, being no expert in law, programming, AI, copyright, or even art for that matter.
