Every job listing requires a minimum of 1 year experience, usually at least 2 - 3 years, but jobs wont hire you without experience. Laughing my ass off. So they want you to have 3 years of experience, speak 2 languages and have at least a bachelores or masters or doctorate degree and the average pay is $21 an hour with hindreds of thousands of people competing for the same job and moat companies are using AI programs to screen resumes and 98% of those resumes are never seen by a human being. Wow!! This is the american nightmare rather than the american dream. Smh.
