I don't think AI-generated art can ever truly outvalue human artists. For me, I use it mainly for TTRPGs or RPGs that allow me to upload my own portraits quick and free art that fits the setting. But I feel like what you're doing will eventually lead to a companie creating their own AI art generator that monopolizes on being the only unpoisoned art generator with stronger protections, along with a handful of artists who have sold their portfolios.
What I'm trying to say is, do you think there's a way for artists and AI art generators to coexist? Maybe if AI only took inspiration from deceased artists and public domain works, it could be a fairer way to sample the art it generates. Additionally, AI art generators should clearly reference the artworks they sample from, so users know which sources the AI used in the creative process.
