Listen, Tesla is straight up pulling from Boeing's playbook. That 3% chance of a crash is worth the legal fees they'll face down the road. It's that simple. They know it's not 100% safe and they've calculated that the money they would have to pay for the lawsuits is outweighed by the profits they'll make from everyday business. That's what Boeing did with the MAX
