I have generated at least 1000 AI art images since it became widely available. Nearly every single one of them is an absolute failure on some level or another. Some of the most hilarious failures were when I would simply type a text prompt like “Back to the Future“ and receive pictures that looked like if you told somebody’s grandfather about Back to the Future, and they did their best to re-create the image of it. In a society where resources and profits were shared, fairly amongst its citizens, the obsoletion of any job would simply equate to more freedom for us to do what we want to be doing. It’s only in a capitalist society, where the obsolescence of a job is a bad thing. The hyperbole of the opening of this video is really something.
