Nah, how different that would be from "humans" in the status quo, where we have "leaders" that treat people as disposables, (not even saying first world problems like getting sold into debt but something like persecution in Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Libya and so many other countries that are not "important enough" to hit the news) I would even say AI would be more efficient.
