I disagree, you asked it to essentially play a character so it gave you responses as if that character was speaking. It would be no different than if you told it to play a chaotic evil D&D character and asked it leading questions like you did. You did not discover a dark side of ChatGPT.
You really shouldn't publish content like this insinuating the "evil" of AI because all you're going to do is appeal to the fears of less AI knowledgeable people who find AI and it's abilities frightening.
You need to educate yourself on it first before you go and make fearmongering content on it because it's clear to me you know very little about LLM's.
