I mean, it's obviously something that should be countered. But at the same time, this is kinda great training for critical thinking.
AI now makes more convincing tricks for sure. But at the same time, this isn't new, the internet's always been full of false BS like 'human animal hybrid found' with very disturbing photoshopped stuff to 'prove it'. When I was 12 or so I remember somewhat believing these kinds of things, but eventually you mature and these help to build resiliency and experience for the future.
