I'm in my final year of engineering college and I'm working on my senior design project and one person in my group is a huge ai user I'm not completely agiesnst ai I don't copy what I get but it's a useful tool for helping understanding what steps and what equations I need to solve a problem but that one member for our papers when we assign him work 90% of the time it's just chat gbt copy past and because it's obvious and being our final project and Ai rules being vague we just end up having redo it. It's just frustrating that especially in my degree were it's main goal is to learn the skills to be able to learn to do you're job people are just copying from ai and to be able to keep up you have to also to ai copy only reason I don't is because I have stupid pride.
