Good summary but the video misses a point. The key difference between job augmentation/transformation (like the radiologist example) and job displacement/replacement (like the customer service for example). There are many roles that will be displaced when there is not exponential demand. In addition there is another flow. Reskill for 1:1. lets say we replace 1000 customer service agents with AI. We won't need 1000 AI supervisors. Maybe 10 or 100. What happens with the other 900.
