I call it a computer algorithm gone wrong because nobody is perfect so everyone is in danger. These thing's most likely will have other robots designed to repair them when they need it so they can last a long long time. And if they keep it up they will kill everyone. The only thing left can be robots. I think something like this happened a long time ago. Now we are suffering the consequences of that in the reincarnation trap because the algorithm to the simulation keeps sending people back because we never learn enough to be perfect. The maker of the simulation is having a wonderful time watching our hardships and feed off of the negative energy from it.
