Political organization by artists would be the best option. Fighting ai by lawsuits would probably be way too expensive and large companies would want to fire as many employees as possible for maximum productivity and efficiency. So in terms of copyright a studio could just combine 3d tools with ai and get full copyright on the images with a much smaller workforce.
