Creativity is fundamentally different from generative machine learning. The AI is purely derivative. It is trained on concept and image associations that humans have already made. It cannot form new associations or give stuff new meanings. THAT is why it cannot be art. Art is something that harnesses exactly this. Imagination, innovation, creativity. Mistakes which become new ideas. In a computer EVERYTHING is determined.
