This is 100% user error. User didn't confirm pickup or dropoff locations within the app. If they did, they wouldn't of gotten in if the Waymo didn't have the accurate locations. They just assumed it would drive to where "they" wanted it to drive to. Which is a reasonable assumption, but still, they didn't confirm the start and end points of the ride for themselves. Which therefore led to a biased opinion towards Waymo. If Waymo had a drop off that was a 5 min walk from the destination, don't use it.
