Look, if it gets people to start thinking about the economic implications of all of this, great. Right now in the US, we've got a President wearing diapers wandering around on the roof of the White House using his Presidency to settle private beefs with private individuals. It seems he's really mad at Rosie O'Donnel. It's all very middle school level petty moronic nonsense. But he's also giving away billions of dollars in tax revenue to his donors. Are there any adults at the wheel? Is anyone modeling what happens when AI starts to replace human jobs, people start getting laid off, and tax revenues go to zero? Will we have Social Security benefits if that happens? Medicare? Medicaid? Will we be able to pay for the US Navy? I mean seriously ... any adults in the room? Please. Do I need to learn how to grow my own food?
