Look, nobody's saying get rid of artists and replace with AI. I think the fact that we HAVE the technology to be able to reproduce art in this way is an impressive feat, and overall I think it's better to have more art in the world rather than single out AI art for "stealing others' art". I'm not artist myself, at all, but isn't the AI really "stealing" the art STYLE and not actually something that has been created yet? I don't see anything wrong with it unless people are claiming that an AI's art using inspiration from another artist is a work of their own. AI is impressive but I don't see any future where artists are replaced entirely.
