I didn't know a lot of this. I don't agree with you on all of these points, but I agree that it should be an opt in system, and there are definitely issues with copyright that should be addressed. That will be very difficult to do since many of these AI art options allow you to just upload an image regardless of where you got it.
By the way, I really do like your art.
