The car company is Waymo ,she was a transient totally jwalking, and yes the car should have stopped automatically and it's bullshit to give a pass to Waymo, their car failed, driver is only a 1/3 at fault, the cars automation sensor's failed. Waymo paid somebody off bigtime, and that's the cesspool that is our country.
