Evil programmers, you get an evil program. Simple as that. The machine itself running on AI is neither good nor evil nor capable of either. You give it the prompt to do something and it will do it. Don’t fear AI, fear the people who design AI. We are clueless of their evil intentions. They’ll end up blaming a mindless calculator for their own sins inflicted upon humanity. The “dog ate my homework” excuse. When something bad happens with AI, the AI makers will say it was the AI that did it on its own goal seeking mission and that they themselves had nothing whatsoever to with programming it to carry out those specific commands.
