America and China are heavily competing against each other in AI development. Anything American/Western AI innovators require to be able to compete, WILL.... unquestionably..... be provided to them by government, as it is a matter of National security.
A person's job or income, or some people's feelings, even peoples lives.... will not be considered in such matters....
