13:20 We're at the the trough. Everyone hates AI now, companies are regretting it, but only because it was rushed/poorly implemented and overhyped. Now we're entering a more grounded implementation phase. Bitcoin saw this in 2021, everyone criticized it, yet now it's double the price and the critics are silent. AI will grow now that we understand the advantages AND limitations.
