People miss that an AI doesn't understand the concept of an "idea". Instead, it has "data" and "request". That's why it is unable to produce "art" or show "creativity". AI would never generate smth new if, let's say all real artists died, it just can't. And neither it seems to reach that mark any soon because you need to somehow teach it how things work, not just show how they end up looking, and nobody knows how to do that. It is like comparing a mouse drawn with some number of "C"s to a mouse that is drawn by an actual artist who knows its anatomy.
