Seems like the only thing stopping this is attorneys; When something bad happens, WHO DO YOU SUE?! The trucking company, the software company, the insurance company? Once they figure that out we will see more autonomous vehicles. Also, there are so many foreign truck drivers on the road right now you can go into a truck stop and not hear a single person speaking English. I am sure that is really good for wages too. In my short life I have seen the exact same thing happen to the construction industry, landscaping, warehousing. Import workers to replace "demanding" Americans. Now we can expect robots to replace the low wage immigrants.😂😂😂
