whos going to buy things? well long ago, in my imagination of not-so-intellagent youth. i had figured, in a perfect world, the only export that truely mattered in the end... was war. now, back at 'home' the people would not be subjected to work. instead my 'government' (a monarchy) would pay everyone a basic living wage in a stale economy. the emotions of these people where controlled by the monarchy, to be 'agreeable' and 'happy'. i had devised that if you were to have an opinion, you would be lumped into your ideal mindset of people, and spoon fed by the hive mind so that you stayed passive and happy. now, where people could not be mildly controlled, you were offered to stay in 'conflict zones'. which were government funded live research, development, and testing zones out of sight and out of mind of the public. the rules were relaxed, and you were no longer allowed to return to society at large without undergoing amnesiac surgery. (forget what you see, never speak of it again). where was ai in all of this? in large factory zones, built compact and efficient. you couldnt live in or around these primary factories. ultimately, the idea was, 'if the people are sheep, hand fed, and cared for, peace may be held. but the destruction of war is the ultimate price, expenditure, and collector.' war will come when AI takes a large hold. it wont be pretty, and i know deep down that humanity will blend with the AI in the end and it will sort itself out.
