1:13:03 Great video! I'm not American, and here's what came to mind while watching it. Any discussion about AI always comes from an American perspective. I think this is largely because AI is developed by American companies doing business in America. But AI is a global phenomenon and has the potential to affect everyone in the world. Now imagine what it's like to be a non-US citizen and know that you have no way of influencing the government/politics that can regulate these AI companies. It's very scary and crazy. In addition to the discussion that there are participants and observers in this AI race, there are also people who cannot even comment on what is happening (non-US citizens).
